Exchange Policy
At Fidel Verta, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and clear exchange guidelines.
- Exchanges Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are allowed under the conditions below.
- Exchange Period: Items may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with the receipt and attached tags.
- Non-Eligible Items: Underwear, swimwear, and accessories are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Deposits & Held Items
- Deposits: Deposits are valid for 5 days only. After this period, the amount cannot be refunded or converted into store credit.
- Items on Hold: Items placed on hold must be fully paid within 2 days; otherwise, they will be returned to stock.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Return Policy for Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please contact our support team or visit our concept store within 2 days from the purchase date.
Items are considered faulty if they are delivered damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
- If the item can be repaired, we will offer a repair upon your approval.
- If repair is not possible and the same item is available, a replacement will be offered.
- If the item is unavailable, an exchange for another item or store credit will be provided.
