- Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of confirmation.
- Delivery fees within Lebanon are USD 3, added to the total invoice amount.
- If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery fees may be adjusted based on the final destination.
- Orders cannot be opened or tried upon delivery. In case of any issue, please contact our support team at 81 100 631.
- All orders are delivered through SAKR EXPRESS, our official delivery partner.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details, after which your order will be processed.
