RETURN POLICY FOR FAULTY GOODS
If you received and item that you think is faulty, you are asked to contact our support team on 71 888 477 or visit our concept within 2 days from purchase date. Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs.
If the item can be repaired, and upon your approval, we will offer to repair it. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will offer you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, an item exchange will apply by another item or on account amount.

We, at Fidel Verta Concept, work hard to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products displayed on our website. However, as devices colors vary, we cannot guarantee that you device will display the items color in an accurate way.
