Exchange Period: Items may be exchanged within 7 days only from the date of purchase.
• Exchange Conditions: Only items in their original condition with the receipt and tag are eligible for exchange. 
Worn or damaged or alternated items will not be accepted.
Underwear ,swimwear and accessories are not eligible for exchange or refund

• Deposits: A deposit is valid for 5 days only. After this period, the amount will not be refunded or converted to credit.
• Items on Hold: Any item placed on hold must be fully paid during 2 days or else it will be returned to stock.
• Refunds: No cash refunds.
• Gift Cards: Valid for 3 months from the date of issuance

RETURN POLICY FOR FAULTY GOODS

 

If you received and item that you think is faulty, you are asked to contact our support team on 71 888 477 or visit our concept within 2 days from purchase date. Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs.

If the item can be repaired, and upon your approval, we will offer to repair it. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will offer you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, an item exchange will apply by another item or on account amount.
